What an incredible team at Haydens! They're friendly,. knowledgeable and genuinely helpful when it comes to eye tests, eye care and finding the right specs. I had such a lovely experience at HAYDENSWAN. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so friendly, approachable and welcoming. The practice itself is beautifully designed and very modern. I had my eye test with Eugene, who was incredibly competent, clear and reassuring. Claire and Zofia were so helpful when it came to choosing my frames, showing me lots of options and helping me find the perfect pair. My prescription was also made up quickly, and when I collected my glasses, Claire adjusted them perfectly for me. With working at a desk all day, the team added anti-fatigue lenses which has made reading and using the computer more comfortable, for the first time I’m able to wear my glasses all day! Getting your eyes tested and finding the right pair of glasses is never the easiest task, but from the moment I walked into Hayden Swan Eyecare, the experience felt completely different from your typical high street opticians. Zofia gave me such a warm and friendly welcome, immediately putting me at ease. Eugene carried out my eye test with professionalism, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process both informative and enjoyable. Claire was incredibly patient, supportive and caring, taking the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. Her honest advice and encouragement, together with Zofia’s input, made what can often feel like an overwhelming decision so much easier. I ended up choosing a fantastic pair of Oakley frames, and I can genuinely say I can see life in HD again! I can’t thank Claire, Zofia and Eugene enough for making the whole experience so personal and enjoyable.
